Terms & Conditions

Service Description
Our dry cleaning and laundry service provides cleaning services for clothing and other textiles. We take great care in handling all items, and we strive to return them to you in the best condition possible.

Payment
Payment for our services is due at the time of service. We accept cash and PayNow. We reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not made at the time of service.

Stains
We will make every effort to remove stains from your items, but we cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed. Some stains are permanent and cannot be removed.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your items, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Liability
While we take great care in handling your items, we are only liable for significant damage or loss caused by our negligence during the cleaning process. Our liability for negligence is limited to a maximum of 5 times the cost of cleaning the item in question. We do not entertain insignificant issues or complaints that are typical of worn or old clothing. These may include minor wear and tear, color fading, minor shrinkage, or other similar issues.

We do not accept liability for items that are damaged or lost due to circumstances beyond our control, pre-existing damage, wear and tear, items not recommended for cleaning, or improperly labeled or marked items.

Upon pickup, customers must check their items at the counter and notify us immediately of any issues. We will not be liable for any issues raised after the customer has left the premises.

Luxury Care
If you declare an item to be valued above $200, you must opt for the Luxury Care service. We charge a dry cleaning fee of 20% of the declared value for such items. Our liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to compensation up to a maximum of 5 times the cost of cleaning the item in question. We do not accept liability for any sentimental or intangible value attached to an item.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
